Dave Graham

Head of Business Partnerships

Gravity Supply Chain

Dave Graham can truly call his nearly 25-year career in the supply chain industry “global”. And as Gravity’s Head of Business Partnerships, he will help develop the supply chain management technologies he wishes were available when he was working with the world’s largest retailers across three continents.

After seven years as International Shipping Manager for British retail giant Laura Ashley, Dave moved into the product development side with supply chain management solutions provider Allport Cargo Services. He spent nearly 17 years working with Allport Cargo Services, dividing his time across the UK, South Africa and Australia.

He spent the first 10 years in the UK, as Senior Client Manager with the SCM division servicing customers needs. He managed their supply chains and coordinated the customers’ import teams with the UK operations and the origin operations teams. He also oversaw scoping, implementing and developing the tracking solution to mirror the customer’s supply chains.

Next, he moved south to oversee the growth of Allport’s new South African office as Head of Account Management and Branch Manager. His responsibilities included assisting with establishing the relationship with the office’s main account, along with establishing land side operations. He also worked to stabilize existing accounts and win new business, which resulted in new branches being opened within the country.

He moved again, this time Down Under to become the GM for Commercial and Account Management for Cargo Services’ in Australia. He was responsible for all land side operations, system demonstrations, scoping and implementations.

Dave joined Gravity’s Hong Kong Head Office team in 2015 as Head of Business Partnerships, overseeing all business development efforts. As the primary liaison between Gravity’s product managers, customer success managers and their customers, he ensures implementations go smoothly and that future product updates reflect users’ short- and long-term needs.
